Men’s Mental Health Day

28 June 2025

On 28 June 2025, Capital Diagnostic Centre (CDC) joins the world in observing Men’s Mental Health Day to raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being among men.
This day emphasizes:
- Breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health
- Encouraging open conversations about stress, anxiety, and depression
- Promoting early diagnosis and access to professional support
- Highlighting the importance of balance, self-care, and community support

At CDC, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. By acknowledging and addressing men’s mental health challenges, we take a step toward building a healthier, more compassionate society.
